New Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

I know, I've posted about it before, Close to my Heart partnered with ProvoCraft & we now have an exclusive Cricut Cartridge Art Philosophy that coordinates with our stamps, has a font, does 3D items, etc., etc., etc.  I have had a baby bug Cricut machine for a quite a while now.  My wonderful hubby bought it for me for Christmas years ago.  Anyway, I receive the Cricut newsletter emails and today's "Hello Thursday" email features our new cartridge!!  Woohoo, so exciting!  You can click thru and see so many wonderful things this cartridge can do.    I will post the link in below.

Cricut - Hello Thursday    This takes you to the Cricut site.  On the top left hand side of the page you will see a bookshelf with flowers on it and the Blue Cartridge case with Art Philosophy.  Click on that and drool over all of the wonderful things it shows you can make.  And that doesn't show you everything!  I can't wait to open mine and start creating.  But I'm thinking I really need to splurge and get the Expression! ;o)  Let me know if you want to get your hands on this wonderful new cartridge.

Convention madness or mess?!

Convention madness or should I say mess?!! I'm still working on card swaps for convention & this is my work area aka dining room. My hubby joked the other day that we should've made this mom's craft room. My craft room is in the basement but when the boys are outside playing I bring projects upstairs to work on in the dining room so I can keep an eye on them. I will share some of my swap items soon!

If you are new to my blog, thanks for coming over to check it out!!  I will be posting updates from Convention, I so can't wait!!

Happy Independence Day!!

Okay so I'm a few days early!  But this is such a wonderful holiday.  We celebrate the freedom we have to live in the United States!  I feel very fortunate.  Here is a card I made today using Fanfare papers, Sky, Pacifica & White Daisy cardstock & Cranberry grosgrain ribbon.  Yep, it was inspired by the smaller card I posted a few days ago.  And a little help with getting the idea going from a good friend of mine, Carol (Thanks again Carol!! :o)    Hope you like it!  And I hope some of the other ladies at Convention like it also, I'm making some to take to swap.

Until next post, hope you and your family have a wonderful & safe 4th!
